I've found a used vertical milling machine model 1/2V that was originally distributed by Select Machine Tool Company out of Los Angeles. I am having a hard time finding any info on this company. It is wired for single phase power and apparently only has 2 hours on it. Asking price of C$3499. Doesn't appear to come with any tooling.
